Dear Brothers,
I’m calling inn men that are taking their spiritual practice seriously to join me in circle for a deep exploration of what it is to be a man. This will be a space for exploring various themes and expressions of life. We will meet as a tribe of men, hold our counsel. As a result we will return to our communities and loved ones resourced and stronger.
This if for you if you’d like to:
- Connect deeply with other men
- Have a space to be heard and talk about man stuff
- Meet other like minded souls
- Be witnessed by community
- Be held accountable for your goals and dreams
- Release patterns that are holding you back in life
- Do spiritual practice with other men
My hope is that we as men can gather and make each other stronger. Therefor you will leave these groups inspired with your own spark to get going with your unique purpose. We will come together as brothers and integrate collaboration, rather then competition. Together we can be inspired in health, sexuality, intimacy and our own spiritual practice.
Place & Time
7pm-9.30pm every first Thursday of the month. First group will start up on October 5th.

About Facilitator
Men’s groups has always been a pillar in my own spiritual practice. I’ve had a year where my focus has been my own practice in a one-to-one coaching setting, after almost a decade of trying out various different groups and styles. I’ve been waiting for the next piece of the puzzle, and now is the time to open the doors and share the harvest of the last few years.
On day-today basis I run Garden of Alchemy with my beloved Annabelle, and we facilitate various forms of medicine work, coaching and mentoring. I’m passionate about the natural world, yoga, BJJ, shamanism, entheogens and tantric practices.
