Soul Love Cacao Ceremony

Welcome to this cacao journey, where our intention is to bring love into every moment. Together, in a safe space we’ll turn our gaze inwards to see our barriers to love and deepen our relationship to ourselves.

The hardly spoken truth is that true self-love can be very difficult. To accept all parts of ‘me’; to lay down resistance and stories of what ‘I should be’? It’s a re-naturing process that will naturally surface deep wounds to be healed.

Most of us don’t know how to hold ourselves through this process, and may have subconsciously coded pain and rejection as safety because it is familiar.

This is why we are gathering in ceremony with heart opening cacao on the Sunday after Valentine’s Day, to share Annabelle’s most treasured wisdom teachings and ask this sacred medicine to open us up, and support our practices.

So often in life we turn to the other to heal our wounds and make us ‘feel happy’. We consume romance as validation, and may find we burn it up quickly, build resentment, or cling in obsession.

Whatever our pattern, whether we are committed, single, (or something in between), we all have work to prime new love behaviour because our culture is so sick with co-dependency.

It is our intention for you to recognise in this journey that you are made from love and that the love you see outside only mirrors your love within. When you hold such deep reverence for yourself and commit to building your self-love above all else, you’ll find all kinds of relationships more nourishing.

You will be supported on this journey through all five senses with movement, hand crafted smudges and therapeutic oils, drumming, song, prayer and a crackling fire in our beautiful country-garden setting.
