Ending the inner war to awaken our collective consciousness

The path of forgiveness

The biggest block we have to our freedom and liberation is our inability to forgive. Grievances, resentments, judgments, and negative opinions all weigh heavily on our spirit.

They create a filter through which we experience the world. While we hold hate in our heart, we are enslaved in a karmic pattern that binds us to relationships and situations that prevent us from growing and experiencing the joy of this life.

If we want to hold more light in our bodies, then our nervous system needs to be connected to a larger field of intelligence. For this to happen, we need to go beyond the physical into the emotional and mental energetic bodies.

Forgiveness is the bridge, and it allows us to access more of who we are. To shine a bit brighter and to bless and release all that does not bring us peace. I have found forgiveness to be one of the hardest paths to walk.

Forgiveness always felt like giving up the fight. It meant I didn’t care and that I would need to accept reality for what it was, a realisation that felt painstakingly disappointing. The anger became my ego’s protection, a bodyguard to my tender heart.

I would not allow myself to be violated, betrayed, or hurt again. I would stand up to the bullies. And without knowing it, I too became that which I could not forgive. Right now, on our planet, it seems everyone has a grievance, an opinion, a need to have a voice.

Amid all this noise, we are unaware of the pain that is wanting to be felt and alchemised. It’s hard to acknowledge this, as the external stage seems to demand such a response.

But what we can’t see is that, in all our outrage, we have stepped into the battle. All our pain is at war with all the other pain. For humanity to change, we need forgiveness, not as a spiritual bypass or an excuse for avoidance, but to heal our own internal pain, so that we can be the change we wish to see in the world. A healed system is an effective system.

P.S. Please do not for one minute think forgiveness leads to inaction; activism and change from a system of forgiveness yield productive, proactive change.

Forgiveness allows the alchemisation of judgment into discernment, and discernment puts us in a position of healthy power. When we are out of the victim state, we have access to the bigger picture. We begin to see our role again, possibilities unfold, and we have the energy needed to enact that which has been asked of us.

We can’t look to external authorities and point fingers if we have not attempted to clean up our own internal complex.

The ego is in constant adaptation, asking us to evolve. Each time we manage to outsmart its tricks with love, we dissolve its grip on us and enter a zone of unlimited potential, support, and love.

Once we establish this, the ego shapeshifts and the challenge increases. The greater your light, the grittier your trials. Right now, we each need to face some of the biggest tests and trials our soul is asking of us.

We carry not only our own grievances but those of our ancestors and the collective. We are in a great purge, and healing is occurring. We have been asked to feel deeply, to hold ourselves in stillness as the mutation undergoes its metamorphosis. We are awakening, our consciousness evolving, and forgiveness is the only bridge.

Most importantly, the one most powerful thing you can do is to just hold the intention for forgiveness and watch how life weaves opportunities and synchronicities into your path.

If you want to be an effective game changer and changemaker on this planet, this is the path.

If you want your life to matter, then our job is to leave this planet better than we found it, living in accordance with the natural laws’ of legacy, with each choice impacting the whole. Which choice will you make: be controlled by your ego or forgive and let love be your guide? It’s your choice, so choose wisely. Together, we can change the world, but only if we unite the parts of us within that are in conflict your choice, so choose wisely. Together, we can change the world—but only if we unite the parts of us within that are in conflict.
