Kambo Inquiries, private session inquiries and Health Assessments,
Normally people contact us via email, text or telephone in the first instance.
This involves providing us with your name, telephone number/s and email
address. During the Health Assessment, we may then also request your
home address, brief therapeutic issues and other details which we deem relevant
to processing your enquiry.

When you book an event through our website you will be asked to read our terms & conditions. By booking with us you are giving us consent to store and use your data. You will be informed of this Data Protection Policy and Privacy Statement available on our website.

Initial Consultation & Health Assessment
At your Initial Health Assessment we will usually ask about your current personal, social,
medical and mental health circumstances, where appropriate. We may also ask
about your background and family history, as well as the issues that are affecting
you now. We require this information so that I can assess and decide about our
offer of services to you and to manage the service we provide to you.

Information is collected from you when you make an enquiry via our website.
The information we collect is clearly set out in the contact form, booking forms, order forms and health assessment. We collect this
information about you so that we can contact you in response to your enquiry.
This electronic data is stored on personal computers and emails, which requires
password-protected authentication, or by reputable service providers using
secure internet ‘cloud’ technology. At no times is your information passed on,
sold or rented to any other party. Any data collected via the contact form is done

By registering on the mailing list or for the newsletter, the User’s email address will be added to the contact list of those who may receive email messages containing information of commercial or promotional nature concerning gardenofalchemy.com.
