Limited to 6 women
This is a space to gather as women and journey gently through the layers of the body and heart. Through conscious breath, sound and ceremony, we soften what has been held and create space for clarity, grounding and connection.
The day includes a guided breathwork journey, sound journey, heart-opening cacao ceremony, organic lunch and sauna. A rhythm of activation and rest. Fire and water. Expression and integration.
This combination of somatic practice, medicine and sisterhood creates a powerful and nourishing field to land in. With only six spaces available, the container will be intimate, held and deeply supported.
If you feel the call to pause, breathe and be amongst women, you are warmly welcomed.
I’m Nicole McGrath, a certified breathwork facilitator and the founder of This Beautiful Breath. I came to this work through my own experience of disconnection: adoption, attachment disruption, a body that didn’t feel safe to be in and a breast cancer diagnosis in 2024 that shifted everything I thought I understood about the relationship between the body and safety. I work particularly with those navigating adoption, pre-verbal trauma, chronic illness and burnout. People for whom the body has not always felt like a place they could return to.
I trained and qualified through Alchemy of Breath, one of the world’s leading breathwork schools and certification programmes and am a member of the UK Breathwork Association (UKBA). My practice is grounded in trauma-informed approaches, nervous system science and a deep understanding of what it means when coming home to the body feels anything but straightforward. I work gently, I don’t push and I’m as interested in what happens after a session as during it.
My background spans 20 years in corporate leadership, alongside ongoing study in attachment theory, chronic illness, burnout, dissociation and pre-verbal trauma. I work with individuals and groups, in person and online, and everything I offer is shaped by lived experience as much as professional training.
This isn’t something I do from the outside looking in. I know this terrain personally, and that shapes everything about how I work. The breath remains my greatest teacher.
