Join us for a transformative afternoon on remembrance day to journey with remembering and letting go in our Cacao Ceremony, where we’ll gather in sacred space as the veil thins. This ceremony invites you to intend and drop into surrender and the power of grief. After journeying as a death doula over the last couple of years Danu has come to some deep realisations around the deeply needed and necessary stage of grief in any process of healing and creation. Without grief we do not fully release attachments and create the space for the divine to flow through us. Learn and experience how grief and the season of autumn work together as nature lets go and teaches us the power of completion. Grief is the doorway to peace and as we move through this portal we are faced with all we have received and learnt in the last cycle, gratitude becomes are harvest and inner growth our purpose.
As we open our hearts with ceremonial cacao, we’ll engage in guided and somatic meditations, reflective practices, and sharing circles to honor our journeys. This is a time to cultivate community, celebrate our harvest, nurture our hearts and reconnect as we release and return back into the arms of creation
Let this be a moment of healing, as we acknowledge the past and embrace the potential of what lies ahead. Come with an open heart and leave with a sense of clarity and connection.
