Sacred Cacao Ceremony: Resourcing

We invite you to a restorative group cacao ceremony as we discuss resourcing. Cacao is a nurturing heart medicine that can hold as we let go. Annabelle will guide our journey back to source so you can connect deeply to yourself.

This journey will encourage you to drop in and slow down as we journey inwards with the autumnal energies of October. We will set intentions and reconnect with our true selves to feel all the assistance that is available to us.

We will hold space for a switch from co-dependency to sovereignty over this winter as we find solace, warmth and a place to regulate our nervous systems on the path to refuel and reset.

In this intimate group we will dance through an intuitive journey of smudging, essential oils, sound tools, somatic embodiment, shamanic drumming, and (of course) our intimately sourced, Garden of Alchemy cacao.
