You are warmly welcomed to this beautifully deep and supportive journey with the elements, sacred teachers in symbiosis with Cacao.
These are times of deep healing on our planet and we are thrilled that this medicine has called you into its teachings and its healing path. This is a ceremonial journey where we will share our learnings from our experiences, together with the deeper teachings of Fungi and Cacao.
Micro-dosing is a powerful way to shift our chemistry while remaining functional. It ability to disrupt the programming patterns allows us to get some insight into our sub-conscious workings. Its powerful ability to enhance creativity while elevating one out of heavy states of consciousness. It can be used to address most areas of one’s life from anxiety, depression, addictions, issues of low self-worth, repeating self- sabotaging patterns and to just find a more harmonious and elevated state of being.
We believe when guided in a group the medicine has a magical quality. We have designed this programme over the last four years and with the Sacred Fungi themselves. Working with the fungi there is a strong pull to find your own nature, to be in nature and to connect with nature. Because of this we have created a structure based on the four elements and will use each weeks zoom call as a Ceremony to dive into that element and how it relates to your life. We will guide you how to prepare and take your Plant Medicines and have space for questions, reflections and sharing’s.

Commitment
The journey begins when the commitment is made. That’s why we ask you to give your full yes so that the group can come together in ease and flow.
This is a deep journey and we recommend that you have a support network and self-care tools throughout this process. We will share our tools and offer a weekly check-in call as well as a Telegram group for support.

Though we can never know what to truly expect on a Journey of this depth, we will hold a container with the intention to create an experience that will serve you into whatever aspects of your life are coming up to be healed, understood or loved.
Everything starts with the preparations. Once we’ve received your payment, your Ceremonial Medicine Box will arrive in the post. This includes Ceremonial Cacao, Medicinal Mushrooms, a tea blend and incense.
Each week on a Mondays, we will have an online ceremony via Zoom video call where we will drink Cacao together and dive into the teachings of each Element.
On the Workbook and Book you will have access to additional weekly resources, teachings and exercises that will guide this process over the next six weeks and help you to get the most out of your experience.
We will introduce you to a way of being with yourself that enables you to access your own wisdom and truth. You’ll have the opportunity to dance and play with modalities and exercises that support you to unravel and heal while also accessing creativity and inspiration.
Our experience is that the medicine is very gentle and yet will hold you and guide you through a profound journey.
The medicine can increase your purpose, creativity and sensitivity, awakening the present moment experience and getting you deeper in touch with nature. It can also guide you through the changes you need to make in your life.
Be aware that there is a chance of the medicine bringing up old traumas and shadows that have not been worked through. This medicine is usually a great healer of depression and anxiety, but in rare cases, it can increase these feelings.
This Elemental Immersion is one long Ceremony. Our intention is to teach and create a space for self-learning where you are motivated and in full trust of multi-dimensional healing, the power of release work and the path to manifesting your dreams.
We believe you always receive what you are ready to receive.
We ask that you come to this journey with a level of being able to hold yourself should things arise.
The Elemental Journey
Elemental Immersion is guided by the Alchemical Wheel, mirroring the Celtic Wheel of the Year. This cyclical path invites us into a living relationship with the elements as sacred teachers, moving through seasons of stillness, awakening, transformation, release, and integration.
We begin in the depths of Winter, with the element of Earth. Here, we root into stillness. Through meditation and embodied presence, we enter the body to gently heal and unwind patterns of urgency, anxiety, and chronic rushing. Earth supports us in restoring safety, stability, and a balanced internal system.
From this grounded foundation, we move into Air. Working with breath and prayer, we open our consciousness to a wider field of intelligence. Breath becomes our ally in lifting heaviness, restoring inspiration, and reconnecting us to clarity, guidance, and a deeper sense of meaning.
Next, we enter Fire, the realm of transformation. Through the flames, we explore our relationship with power and its misuse, inviting awareness into where energy has been suppressed or distorted. Fire calls in ancestral wisdom, illuminating generational patterns, while opening the body somatically through movement and expression.
After the intensity of Fire, we soften into the currents of Water. Here, surrender becomes medicine. Grief is welcomed as an ally, teaching us how to let go, dissolve emotional holding, and return full circle into the present moment. Through forgiveness, Water offers closure, emotional flow, and renewal.
Finally, we arrive in Ether, the element of completion and integration. Ether weaves together all that has been experienced, allowing the journey to settle into the nervous system, the body, and the field of awareness. This is where meaning is distilled and embodied wisdom emerges.
Each element is explored through a specific sense and a distinct emotional state of consciousness, creating a multi-dimensional and deeply embodied ceremonial experience.
Support & Integration
If you experience a lot surfacing and deep processes are being activated, one to one sessions with Danu are available at an additional cost, or you may wish to out-source to other therapeutic practitioners. In our experience, this is not necessary, but we mention it in case more support is needed.
We also strongly encourage integration work when the course has ended.
We will also share tools to empower you to do this on your own.
