Booking Requirements: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the scheduled event.
Cancellation Notice: You must provide a cancellation notice at least 1 month before the event to receive a refund (excluding the deposit). No refunds are given for cancellations within 1 month unless your spot is filled. Full refund if you do not meet health requirements or if we cancel the event.

Garden of Alchemy offers flexible payment plans for select services and events, allowing the total amount to be divided into manageable installments over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.
Payment plans require an agreement signed by the participant and must be adhered to as per the schedule.
A missed or delayed payment may result in additional fees or termination of the payment plan, making the full remaining balance due immediately.
Early repayment is allowed with no penalties.
