  • Refund Eligibility: Full refund excluding the deposit if canceled within the notice period


Late Cancellations

  • No Refund: For cancellations within 1 month of the event unless your spot is filled


Special Cases

  • Health Assessment: Full refund if you do not meet health requirements
  • Event Cancellation by Garden of Alchemy: Full refund
